February is National Heart Health Month! According to the CDC, heart disease is the  leading cause of death for men, women, and people of most racial and ethnic groups in the United States. Soluble fiber from whole oats, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease.  In addition to this, whole grain oats may keep you full longer than other cereals, contributing to a healthier waistline as well.
