Hemp & Honey Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 Straw Propeller Hemp & Honey Oatmeal Cups
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 C Butter or Coconut (Oil Melted)
  • 1/3 C Honey
  • 1 C Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 C Milk or Milk Alternative
  • 2 Eggs or Egg Alternative
  • 1/4 C Hemp Seeds,1 Tbsp for Garnish (Optional)
  • Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • Candied Ginger (Optional)
Instructions:

Combine Milk, Eggs, Honey and Vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until well combined, making sure to scrape the honey from the bottom of the bowl.
 
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir with a spoon until well combined.

Drop by the tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Garnish if desired, pressing garnish into cookies with fingers.
 
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, cool on wire rack and ENJOY!

This recipe is gluten-free and can be made dairy and egg free as well.

Hemp & Honey Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup of Straw Propeller Hemp & Honey Oatmeal
  • 1 Banana (preferably frozen)
  • 10oz of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 C Spinach
  • 2-3 Tbsp of Honey (optional)
Instructions:
Put ingredients in blender and enjoy!
