Hemp & Honey Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 Straw Propeller Hemp & Honey Oatmeal Cups
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/3 C Butter or Coconut (Oil Melted)
- 1/3 C Honey
- 1 C Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 C Milk or Milk Alternative
- 2 Eggs or Egg Alternative
- 1/4 C Hemp Seeds,1 Tbsp for Garnish (Optional)
- Chocolate Chips (Optional)
- Candied Ginger (Optional)
Instructions:
Combine Milk, Eggs, Honey and Vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until well combined, making sure to scrape the honey from the bottom of the bowl.
Drop by the tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Garnish if desired, pressing garnish into cookies with fingers.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, cool on wire rack and ENJOY!
This recipe is gluten-free and can be made dairy and egg free as well.

Hemp & Honey Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Straw Propeller Hemp & Honey Oatmeal
- 1 Banana (preferably frozen)
- 10oz of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 C Spinach
- 2-3 Tbsp of Honey (optional)
Instructions:
Put ingredients in blender and enjoy!
